Handheld Aluminum Marver. We have used this marver and we believe there is no comparison to how well it works over an ordinary graphite marver. DONUT BEAD GRAPHITE ROLLER/SHAPER

Made in the USA, exclusively by Devardi Glass. This great roller/marver makes donut shaped beads easily and fast, usually in one pass. Two sided, eight slots. Marver measures 3 x 2-3/4 x 1 inch. Slot sizes, from small to large: 1/4 inch width - 3/16 & 1/4 inch deep. 3/8 inch width - 1/4 & 3/8 inch deep. 7/16 inch width - 5/16 & 7/16 inch deep. 1/2 inch width - 3/8 & 1/2 inch deep.

To figure bead size, multiply the depth by 2, and add the mandrel width. For example: The 3/16 inch deep slot, using an 1/16 inch mandrel, will produce a 7/16 inch bead.

ROUND BEAD GRAPHITE ROLLER/SHAPER

Made in the USA, exclusively by Devardi Glass. Make perfectly round beads easily with this 4 slot graphite shaper. Marver measures 3.5 x 3 x 1 inches. Slot width sizes: 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 & 3/4 inches and will make these sized beads using a 3/32 or 1/8 inch mandrel. Mandrels with other thicknesses can also be used, such as a 3/16 inch (5mm) big hole. However, these beads will have a slightly wider diameter than height. The mandrel thickness adds to the width of the bead. This marver is cut so that with the addition of a 3/32 or 1/8 inch hole from the mandrel, beads will be round, with the same thickness as the height. We will be producing a marver specially made for a 5mm big hole mandrel soon. :)

Baroque Graphite Shaper

Made in the USA, exclusively by Devardi Glass. This great marver makes gorgeous baroque shaped beads easily, often with just one pass. Three slots measure 1 inch, 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch across the top of each slot. Depths are 5/8 inch, 1/2 inch and 3/8 inch respectively. Marver measures 3 x 3 x 1 inches. Baroque Shaper - $22.95 each
	The bead in the picture above was made by melting 3 glass rods simultaneously. I took one rod of each: Dark Rose Bi-color, Marine Blue Bi-color, and Citrine Bi-color and wrapped rubber bands around them in the middle and at the end where I held the rods. Then, I melted all three rods at the end and wound the glass onto the mandrel. The bead took about 3 minutes to make. :)

Square Graphite Glass Bead Shaper


	The size of this graphite marver is 3 x 3 inches. The Square Shapers are 3/8, 1/2, 3/4 inch. $21.95 each

GRAPHITE CABINET DOOR KNOB MAKER

Made in the USA, exclusively by Devardi Glass, this neat cabinet door knob maker forms precious glass pieces. The glass knob can also be used for lamp shade decorative top nuts (finials), or attach them to a cork and use them for a bottle top, or maybe a letter opener end. I'm sure you can think of other uses. :) The marver measures 2.5 x 1.5 x .75 inches. The knob will measure 1 inch top to bottom, and about 7/8 inches wide. Same rubberized handle as marvers above. $17.95 each


	Stainless threaded Rod.1 foot long. You can use these as mandrels for the knob maker marver above. Don't coat them with bead release. Make the knob right on the end of this threaded rod, on the bare metal so the glass will stick. Anneal. Then, cut the threaded mandrel about 1 inch from the knob and smooth the end. This will allow you to attach the knob to a cabinet door. Drill a hole in the door, insert the threaded rod, and place a nut and washer inside. You can also use the threaded rod to screw onto a cork for use as a bottle top. 6-32 thread. (about 1/8 inch diameter) $3.89ea

GRAPHITE MARVER

Here's another crazy cool marver exclusively by Devardi Glass. Made in the USA.

Make all kinds of neat glass items with this fancy marver: Pen handles, letter openers, silverware handles, even chess pieces, and so much more. (We'll be adding many more of these different marvers soon for making a complete chess set, or other gorgeous glass pieces.) You can roll glass on the entire width of the marver, or just just a portion, depending on how long of a bead you'd like to make. Marver measures 3 x 1.75 x .75 inch. If you use the entire width of the marver, your bead will measure about 1.5 inches, and about 3/4 inches at the widest girth. The bead in the picture was made on a 3/16 inch mandrel. If you use a thinner mandrel, you can make thinner beads. Marver FB-1 $16.95 each

Tip: You can also use just a portion of the marver to make shorter fancy beads. :)

GRAPHITE MARVER

Exclusively by Devardi Glass. Made in the USA. This one is a bit smaller than the FB-1 marver above. Makes gorgeous beads about 1 inch end to end. The marver itself measures 2.5 x 1.5 x .75 inches. Same handle as above. Marver FB-2 $16.95 each

This marver can make glass beads or other items that can be used for all kinds of things, such as handles, knobs, lamp shade decorative top nuts (finials) or even chess pieces. More shapes are on the way soon. :)

NEW - Vessel Maker and Olive Bead Graphite Roller Marver. Made in the USA exclusively by Devardi Glass. Double sided. Makes vessels easily in two sizes. Add glass to the mandrel completely over the end. Roll a couple times, and you have a cute vessel. Flatten the bottom by pressing against a flat marver, and the vessel will stand up.

Overall marver measures 2 x 3 x 1 inch. Grooves are 1 and 1-1/4 inches wide. You can also use our Vessel Mandrel for a tapered neck inside. For wider vessels, simply use a wider mandrel. The one in the picture below is a 3/16 inch mandrel.

Three Slot Disk Shaper. Another great graphite marver made in the USA by Devardi Glass. This marver makes disk beads in three shapes fast. Great for Pandora bracelet beads too. Each slot measures 3/8 inch wide. Marver measures 2.5 x 2.5 x 1 inches. $23.95 each

The slots in this marver measure 3/8 inch deep. That means the width of your bead will be two times 3/8 plus the width of your mandrel. For example, using an 1/8 inch mandrel would produce a 7/8 inch disk bead (3/8 + 3/8 + 1/8).

NEW: 2 - Sided Three Slot Disk Shaper. Some of our wonderful customers have asked for a more shallow cut to produce smaller beads. So we are now offering the Three Slot Disk Shaper with the same slots as above, plus a second more shallow set on the reverse side. This second set of slots is cut 1/4 inch deep. The size of your beads using these 1/4 inch deep slots will be two times a 1/4 inch plus the width of your mandrel. For example, using an 1/8 inch mandrel would produce a 5/8 inch bead (1/4 + 1/4 + 1/8). The slots are still 3/8 inch wide.

	Graphite Double Roman 2 Slot Shaper - Another great marver made by Devardi Glass. 1 x 1.75 x 2.5 inches overall dimensions. Across the top, the sizes are 3/4 and 1 inch. Depth of cut are both 3/8 inch. Make fancy Double Roman shaped beads in a snap. Same handles as marvers above. The difference in this shaper and the Double Ogee above is that the sides of your beads will be flat with this Double Roman rather than rounded like with the Double Ogee. 	With this bead to the left I used about 1/5 of a sheet of pure gold foil found here and Devardi D165 Opaque High Density Black Glass. This bead was shaped on the larger side of the Double Roman graphite shaper.
